Owners are welcome to attend board meetings.  As required by law, owners are given the opportunity to speak prior to an action being taken by the board.  In addition, every meeting has a place on the agenda to review issues raised by Owners.  If you are interested in getting an item on the board agenda, please contact Full Circle.
