Posted 4/1/11  Please see below a new set of BH Rules and Regulations that your Board of Directors recently adopted.  They cover such things as parking, pets, personal property on the common elements and decks, grills and garbage.   The goal is to make Brown Homestead a pleasant, clean and safe community.  The new rules are effective April 1.

Posted 3/18/11 There is an upcoming Board meeting on 3/22/11 and a special owners meeting on 4/22/11.  Full Circle also sent a comprehensive package to the owners updating them on the remodel, association loan, and remodel cost pre-payments, which are due 4/15/11.

Posted 6/28/10 In response to your collective requests, the board has scheduled an “informational” owners meeting on July 15, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. MT.   There is no action that will be taken, but it will be an opportunity to get a complete update from the board on the remodel and the bank loan. The meeting will be at our offices, or you can call in. The telephone number is (800) 977-8002, and the pass code is 24428655#.

Posted 6/17/10  The Brown Homestead Special Owners meeting scheduled for June 28, 2010, has been cancelled.  Please see the link below regarding a letter sent to all Owners on the remodel status.  

Posted 5/28/10   CANCELLED.  A Brown Homestead Special Owners meeting will be held on June 28,2010 at 5:00 p.m. MT at the offices of Full Circle HOA Management located at 560 Mountain Village Blvd., #102B, Mountain Village, CO.  An Information packet regarding the meeting and an increase in assessments went out to all owners certified mail and by e-mail.   Please see the link below for all items included in the packet.

Posted 3-01-10   A remodel poll and updated Q&A was mailed/e-mailed to all Brown Homestead owners on February 26, 2010. Please take a moment to fill out the poll and return it to Full Circle.  It is only 2 pages and your feedback is so important.  To view these documents, please see the links below.

Posted 12-29-09  Recently a ballot proposing a fifth amendment to the declaration was mailed/e-mailed to all owners on 12-29-09. These changes to the declaration will help protect Brown Homestead from losing past due assessments in the event of a foreclosure.  Your ballot is due back by February 5, 2010.  Your timely vote is extremely important.  Please see the link below labeled "Ballot for 5th Amendment to Declaration".

Posted 12-3-09  There is an ongoing concern that the breezeways are an icy safety hazard.  The board authorized Full Circle to order rubber mats, which are being selected now and will be arriving soon.  In addition, we have placed buckets of snow melt with small shovels for owners to use on the icy spots whenever needed.  So we wanted to remind everyone to please use the ice melt.
